A user mentioned this for energy and I've never heard of it at all before. Any personal reviews on it?

I'm in a similar boat and according to 23andme I am a fast caffeine metabolize. Are there any issues to taking "this much" caffeine? I have a bunch of people on my case trying to convince me I'm killing myself.

People who consume moderate amounts of caffeine (3-5 cups of coffee per day) actually have the lowest instances of heart disease of any subset of the population. On top of that, heavy consumption was not correlated with any increase in heart disease risk.
Another study showed that moderate coffee consumption was correlated with a decreased risk of stroke.
Coffee drinkers are also at a lower risk for liver cancer and other liver diseases.
Coffee and caffeine intake is also associated with a lower risk of elevated alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity in persons at high risk for liver injury.
Daily coffee consumption is also correlated with a substantially lower risk of type 2 diabetes.
Coffee and dietary caffeine intake is also associated with a significant decrease in risk for Parkinson's Disease, for both men and women.
Coffee consumption was also not associated with increased hypertension in women, while sugared or diet cola was.
Caffeine intake was also associated with a lower risk of cognitive decline.
Caffeine intake is also associated with a lower risk of Alzheimer's Disease.
So I would say that you should tell those people to do some research, and to calm their tits. Caffeine is love. Caffeine is life!
