Phenibut. Wow. I never researched it entirely, but after helping someone with a few questions, I have been reading about it. This is terrifying. PLEASE Please read the phenibut wiki and keep reading the related separate properties wiki's. Read everything related to Phenibut.

I wish I could organize this more and find someone to help me connect a few dots. Someone told me I was ridiculous for blaming phenibut for my random tinnitus. There's a direct connection right there. I don't know how I'm going to relate my seizure to my phenibut ingestion though. For some reason I took both phen and kratom. I was feeling depersonalized and anxious at the time. I drove up to UNC a while back to let me friend who works in neuroscience research that I strongly believed in a connection between tinnitus, glutamate, seizure threshold, stress/anxiety, and Excitatory neurotransmitters. And possibly gaba in some way. But had no idea how to relate it all.

Opioids can certainly alter the perceived noise level of your hearing. I have noticed that Kratom can make my tinnitus worse at times. I would more suspect the kratom for the hearing changes.

How fast does Agmatine Sulfate reduce tolerance?

Replying to PhantomZero77 · The reason I’m asking is because there have been numerous anecdotal reports about using agmatine to successfully reduce phenibut tolerance. You can find loads of them on r/quitting

Tolerance is a very complex thing. However, we do have a lot of anecdotes about NMDA antagonists helping with many things. It's because the NMDA receptors are linked to many other receptor systems in the body, and they c

I think I got my friend addicted to Phenibut

The GABA system is a dangerous one. Tolerance builds quickly, and withdrawal can be very bad; life threatening even. If you want something safer in the GABAnergic space, kava would be safer. I'd move to a different syst
