It's hay fever season for me and sometimes I need a dose of Zyrtec (Cetirizine). I've been hesitant to take any nootropics while taking the Zyrtec. Am I being overly cautious?
The noots in question are NASemax or super rhodiola and l- theanine.

Thank you for the reply. Not quite what I was hoping to hear but we are all predisposed to different things. If you don't mind me asking, do you take anything else in aim of regulating histamine levels?

My pleasure!
I have tried everything under the sun for histamine. The only thing that helps are H1 receptor antagonists/reverse agonists, like Cetirizine. My mast cell disorder is rare, and doctors have no idea what causes it yet. I am still searching. If I block histamine and leukotrienes, I don't really have issues.
