It's hay fever season for me and sometimes I need a dose of Zyrtec (Cetirizine). I've been hesitant to take any nootropics while taking the Zyrtec. Am I being overly cautious?
The noots in question are NASemax or super rhodiola and l- theanine.

I have taken 40mg of Cetirizine every single day for 15 years. I have combined it with everything you could think of. No adverse interactions to report. You should be fine.
