Nootropics and antihistimes

It's hay fever season for me and sometimes I need a dose of Zyrtec (Cetirizine). I've been hesitant to take any nootropics while taking the Zyrtec. Am I being overly cautious?
The noots in question are NASemax or super rhodiola and l- theanine.

The past six months or so I have been presenting symptoms that I think might be due to excess histamine. The most concerning of these have been an extreme shortness of breath, palpitations, brain fog, loss of motivation, nausea and diminished eye sight. I am typically prone to depression and anxiety, however have been in somewhat of an emotionless state.

I attend a top university and my IQ is in the 98th percentile, but I have lately had difficulty understanding simple concepts, focusing my attention, visualizing ideas, remembering information or thinking creatively. None of these are typical for me.

Do you remember having any of these symptoms prior to starting Cetirizine? Have you had your DNA genotyped to determine if a mutation in diamine oxidase is responsible?

This subreddit has been a tremendous source of information and your posts have specifically stood out to me. I greatly appreciate any help.

No, I did not have anything like that prior to Cetirizine. I have never had palpitations, and had perfect eyesight till a few years ago. I rarely get nausea, and only have shortness of breath when my histamine flairs up in my airway. Loss of motivation is something most people experience. So that is not really an indication of anything.

I do have genetic data on myself. I have reduced diamine oxidase activity, due to mutations on RS10156191 and RS2052129. I am GG on RS2071517 and RS1049748, though. So no issues with those. Most of my issues are with methylation. I have issues recharging methylcobalamin, and having enough trimethylglycine in my system to create homocysteine. My mast cell disorder certainly does not help the diamine oxidase mutations. However, I do not think they are the cause.
