It's hay fever season for me and sometimes I need a dose of Zyrtec (Cetirizine). I've been hesitant to take any nootropics while taking the Zyrtec. Am I being overly cautious?
The noots in question are NASemax or super rhodiola and l- theanine.

I have a histamine disorder where my mast cells freak out for no reason. I am not allergic to anything in particular. My body just freaks out for no reason. They still have not figured out what causes it.
