Is Ceretropic's Phenylpiracetam the racemic mix, or an isomer?

On examine, I read in the only study on healthy rats the racemic mixture, which is commonly sold, failed to outperform control. However, The R-isomer is what seems to have the strongest effects on cognition. Any idea what companies sell which kind? Specifically, I love ceretropic's Phenylpiracetam, but it looks like it may be the racemic mix.
Does anyone know? /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb?

It is racemic. Nobody sells 4R-Phenylpiracetam. I have not been able to get a lab to make it yet.
