Pulmonary delivery of peptides. Using e-cigarettes.

Is it possible to use e-cigarette to vaporize different peptides?
I am talking about Semax, Selank, P21 and Oxytocin.

This article is about pulmonary delivery of Oxytocin but it also mentions this:
"The pharmacodynamic activity in response to the nominally higher inhaled dose reflected the lower bioavailability via the pulmonary route, estimated to be 10-20% for peptide drugs."
Will peptides be stable if we heat them up to 200-300 degrees? And how do you increase bioavailability? Is it viable at all?
I am very curious and would appreciate any information on it.

Thanks for the reply.
It's a very complicated topic and one needs to know chemistry to be able to understand this.
It seems like if anyone tries to do this, he will just need to vaporise peptide and then measure its level in the blood. Maybe I am wrong.

It would be easier just to calculate if the specific sequence would degrade during vaporization. However, we still would not know if it absorbs through the lungs in any meaningful amounts. The lungs and the nasal passages are very different from an absorption standpoint.
