PowderCity's Noopept Capsules

I had the Noopept capsules from PowderCity for about 5 days now, and I don't notice any difference whatsoever. Granted, I've been congested with a cold, but not sure if that would interfere with the effects. The first day, I tried one capsule, and that didn't seem to work at all, so I am now taking three once a day, still without perceptible change. I've been known to build up tolerance to everything very quickly however, to the point where medicine that usually has a very potent effect on others barely affects me after the first or second dose.
Am I missing something? Should I wait for it to build up or should I use something else with it such as Huperzine-A?

i wouldnt have thought they were the same purity given the different physical appearance.

Physical appearance is not suitable way to assess purity. It surprised me too. Now that I have a chemist on-board, we are going through a lot of the technical things behind the compounds. It's a lot more complex than most people think, but that is the interesting part!
