PowderCity's Noopept Capsules

I had the Noopept capsules from PowderCity for about 5 days now, and I don't notice any difference whatsoever. Granted, I've been congested with a cold, but not sure if that would interfere with the effects. The first day, I tried one capsule, and that didn't seem to work at all, so I am now taking three once a day, still without perceptible change. I've been known to build up tolerance to everything very quickly however, to the point where medicine that usually has a very potent effect on others barely affects me after the first or second dose.
Am I missing something? Should I wait for it to build up or should I use something else with it such as Huperzine-A?

ceretropics chemicals look much different than powdercity's.....adrafinil is an example. ceretropics is pure white, wherein powdercity's is some muddy color

There are two different versions of Adrafinil. We have both the light and the dark kind. Some people like one over the other. We are still running more testing to see what the difference is, because they are the same purity.
