Hi all. I was wondering if anyone had an update on the phenylethylidenehydrazine synthesis?
I would also like to bring attention to a few novel compounds, that may be interesting to further research for anxiolytic and or depression purposes: Eptapirone, Flesinoxan, Aloradine.

Wouldn't you think this adjusting is just downregulating nmda receptors, which then would also disrupt the same mechanism of tolerance disruption?

No, because most of the brain fog from Memantine is from the nicotinic ACh antagonism, not the NMDA antagonism.
