Phenylethylidenehydrazine Update?

Original post in this thread

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone had an update on the phenylethylidenehydrazine synthesis?

I would also like to bring attention to a few novel compounds, that may be interesting to further research for anxiolytic and or depression purposes: Eptapirone, Flesinoxan, Aloradine.

What about using nmda antagonists, theracurmin, or other substances like agmatine to disrupt the tolerance process?

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb · Ceretropic

Sure, you can do that. A lot of people are using Memantine to keep tolerance at bay. There are even NMDA antagonists found naturally in kratom, which is why it does not build tolerance as fast as other opioids.

1) It's hard to say. Nefiracetam might be good, as that binds to the glycine site of the NMDAR. However, I am not convinced of its safety. You can be safe and start with the tried and true piracetam, and go from there.

How fast does Agmatine Sulfate reduce tolerance?

Replying to PhantomZero77 · The reason I’m asking is because there have been numerous anecdotal reports about using agmatine to successfully reduce phenibut tolerance. You can find loads of them on r/quitting

Tolerance is a very complex thing. However, we do have a lot of anecdotes about NMDA antagonists helping with many things. It's because the NMDA receptors are linked to many other receptor systems in the body, and they c

What's the reasoning for Agmatine to have a serving dose of 250mg?

Replying to phenlord100 · I saw an old post stating that agmatine makes your brain less malleable since it’s an nmda antagonist. I’ve always wondered if this means that using agmatine during a tolerance bre

The malleable explanation is an oversimplification. People say it makes you less malleable because blocking NMDA reduced glutamatergic currents. Lower glutamate action results in lower LTP. However, over-activation of NM
