Phenibut destroys my depression. Why not daily?

People wean off this drug with success, similarly to SSRIs.
Looking at the withdrawal of SSRIs, it's no less risky to withdraw from Phenibut.
Why is this substance deemed high risk, when it's very effective for depression/anxiety?
Is there another reason it shouldn't be dosed daily, besides the withdrawal effects?

Usually scaling from a small test synth to a larger production one. These have hydrazine in them. We had similar issues with the piracetam hydrazide synth a while back. Random explosions during the synthesis.
