Phenibut destroys my depression. Why not daily?

People wean off this drug with success, similarly to SSRIs.
Looking at the withdrawal of SSRIs, it's no less risky to withdraw from Phenibut.
Why is this substance deemed high risk, when it's very effective for depression/anxiety?
Is there another reason it shouldn't be dosed daily, besides the withdrawal effects?
Thank you

Wow, you guys were going to bring nardil and this metabolite to market? That would have been awesome. What may I ask was the problem with the synth? Hopefully you didn't lose too much $$$ on the endeavour.

Yes, we were so close. The test batches worked great. Then they kept failing to scale it up to production batches. It seems things with hydrazine in them are tough to scale. We will keep working on it, though.
