Olfactory Transfer?? Peptides passing BBB

From Wikipedia, "The major part of the approximately 150 cm2 surface in the human nasal cavity is covered by respiratory epithelium, across which systemic drug absorption can be achieved. The olfactory epithelium is situated in the upper posterior part and covers approximately 10 cm2 of the human nasal cavity. The nerve cells of the olfactory epithelium project into the olfactory bulb of the brain, which provides a direct connection between the brain and the external environment. The transfer of drugs to the brain from the blood circulation is normally hindered by the blood–brain barrier (BBB), which is virtually impermeable to passive diffusion of all but small, lipophilic substances. However, if drug substances can be transferred along the olfactory nerve cells, they can bypass the BBB and enter the brain directly.,[11][12]

The olfactory transfer of drugs into the brain is thought to occur by either slow transport inside the olfactory nerve cells to the olfactory bulb or by faster transfer along the perineural space surrounding the olfactory nerve cells into the cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the olfactory bulbs and the brain (8, 9) [13][14]

So no NASEMAX sprays for us anytime soon? :_(

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb · Ceretropic

Those are happening around the 20th of this month. I am just waiting on any more nasal sprays of Semax versions, till I settle on the one that is most effective. I am not even ordering more Amidate vials yet. Once this trail stock runs out, it gone till I decide on what form works the best.

Ceretropic has Semax nasal sprays!

Replying to validated1 · If the customer is from this subreddit I'm sure they'll not care at all if theres no label. But yeah, dosages need to be tested.

I care! Professionally labeled products are a must. I also have to consider the sustainability from the business end on our side. We have so many orders right now. I do not want to overwhelm my guys, and have shipments t

German customs seized and destroyed my Semax/Selank order worth 240 $.

Most of our German customers use a reshipper in the EU when ordering peptides. We get regular powders into Germany no problem. However, sometimes they are weird with peptides. So usually German customers use a reshipper

NA-Semax, arrived very hot and... wet? [PIC]

That is probably condensation from the cold pack. When it gets hot and humid in the summer, the cold pack can cause condensation to build up in the package. It should not affect the potency or efficacy of the spray. The

Am I using the semax spray wrong?

Push down the nasal sprayer quickly, or it will just drop out. You need to get some force behind it, so that it sprays nicely. Also, always hold it upright when spraying. Tilting it causes issues. I have had my guys man

Anyone experimented with THT's CNTF fragment 147-150?

No!!!! You can't just say, "Ohh, the active sequence in P21 is DGGL, so let's just sell powdered DGGL!" Pharmacodynamics do not work like that! That would be like saying, "Ohh dopamine is good. Let's sell powdered dopami
