Powder City Piracetam tastes sweet?

I just put some on my tongue and expected extreme bitterness like usual, it almost tasted like sugar. There was slight bitterness as I swallowed it, but on the front of my tongue it was sweet, slightly cool sensation.
I also feel really crap right now, but not sure if it's placebo effect or not, maybe something else and just a coincidence.

I just got a sample of their oxiracetam in, and it definitely tastes horrible. It has a mild caustic burn, with a very strange flavor. /u/Synzael confirmed the horrible taste as well. The sample is being sent off to the lab today.
I still have some of their old oxiracetam from over a year ago, back when they were HSW, and that tastes delicious. It's almost sweet enough to use as a sweetener. That is why I commented on this posts saying it sounded like oxiracetam.
