Powder City Piracetam tastes sweet?

I just put some on my tongue and expected extreme bitterness like usual, it almost tasted like sugar. There was slight bitterness as I swallowed it, but on the front of my tongue it was sweet, slightly cool sensation.
I also feel really crap right now, but not sure if it's placebo effect or not, maybe something else and just a coincidence.

I guess thats where I fucked up. Despite the taste and strange sensation, I continued to hold it in my mouth. Hence the lasting damage/irritation, if I were to guess. :(
