Powder City Piracetam tastes sweet?

I just put some on my tongue and expected extreme bitterness like usual, it almost tasted like sugar. There was slight bitterness as I swallowed it, but on the front of my tongue it was sweet, slightly cool sensation.
I also feel really crap right now, but not sure if it's placebo effect or not, maybe something else and just a coincidence.

Only the single time I put it in my mouth and received the burn.
I'm more worried about the amount of impurities I may have ingested in the literal hundreds of grams of nootropics I've ingested since this time last year.
