Powder City Piracetam tastes sweet?

I just put some on my tongue and expected extreme bitterness like usual, it almost tasted like sugar. There was slight bitterness as I swallowed it, but on the front of my tongue it was sweet, slightly cool sensation.
I also feel really crap right now, but not sure if it's placebo effect or not, maybe something else and just a coincidence.

Thanks. Let me know what you find. We asked the manufacturer about this lot and they're doing testing. Colmaric is performing testing on the strong smelling Oxi as well to see what's causing this.

It's definitely something I have not run into yet. It's a very unique taste.
