Has anyone tried Zembrin for cognitive enhancement?

Supposedly it's strong a PDE4-inhibitor, which would preview the increase of CREB levels; and as I weakly argue might facilitate procedural memory and thus fluid intlligence.
Zembrin would be where I would set ground zero for testing this hypothesis unless someone has other CREB modulators in mind.

Do you remember the name of the paper/author/institution it came from? I can get it.

This was a paper Jason and I were writing our ideas down on, not a research paper. I came up with most of it. I just need to sit down and write everything back out.
