Has anyone tried Zembrin for cognitive enhancement?

Supposedly it's strong a PDE4-inhibitor, which would preview the increase of CREB levels; and as I weakly argue might facilitate procedural memory and thus fluid intlligence.
Zembrin would be where I would set ground zero for testing this hypothesis unless someone has other CREB modulators in mind.

And which is that? I'm terribly curious...

We have not made it yet. However, it builds off the mechansims, just with much more efficacious ingredients. Unfortunately Jason took the paper we were brainstorming with. Now that he is gone, I have to rack my brain for what we decided on.
