Has anyone tried Zembrin for cognitive enhancement?

Supposedly it's strong a PDE4-inhibitor, which would preview the increase of CREB levels; and as I weakly argue might facilitate procedural memory and thus fluid intlligence.
Zembrin would be where I would set ground zero for testing this hypothesis unless someone has other CREB modulators in mind.

Yes. It's just one that is standardized to active ingredients, like Bacognize for Bacopa.
