Has anyone tried Zembrin for cognitive enhancement?

Supposedly it's strong a PDE4-inhibitor, which would preview the increase of CREB levels; and as I weakly argue might facilitate procedural memory and thus fluid intlligence.
Zembrin would be where I would set ground zero for testing this hypothesis unless someone has other CREB modulators in mind.

I look forward to it. Since you tend to have a deep understanding of the brain's mechanisms, how correct do you think my theory is?

I think it has merit. The key is finding the balance of mechanisms to enhance it. Just blindly increasing everything might not be the best option. More is not always better.
Take psychedelics for example. They actually lower brain activity in certain brain regions, which are responsible for blocking abstract thought. So that lowering of the region that blocks those thought processes, actually increases creativity and imagination. I think procedural memory, and fluid intelligence, has similar parallels. It's about what information to discard, just as much as it is about what information to store.
