Can someone help me make sense of a study I found?

I'm talking about this study here:
http://www.plosone.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pone.0088617

In the study the most effective dose used for mice was 0.1 mg/kg, which using the HED come out to be 0.008 mg/kg in humans, which then come out to be around 0.5 mg for an average human of weight, 70kg. This doesn't seem right, unless the extract specified in the study is something like 100x. And ideas?

Ah, sorry. I get it now. :)

It's pretty awesome that they even reached the same conclusions! :)

They were probably reading a lot of the same studies I was, which led them to the findings. I would think a lot of the researchers doing MDMA research read all the available papers out there. I just had to do it using abstracts for a while. Thank god for Google!
