Can someone help me make sense of a study I found?

I'm talking about this study here:

In the study the most effective dose used for mice was 0.1 mg/kg, which using the HED come out to be 0.008 mg/kg in humans, which then come out to be around 0.5 mg for an average human of weight, 70kg. This doesn't seem right, unless the extract specified in the study is something like 100x. And ideas?

I can't find anything in there regarding it, however, wow! I didn't know that there had actually been a paper written regarding how you also postulated MDMA induces serotonergic neurotoxicity through metabolism.

Ohh, that is my MDMA one. There is another study that has the mouse multiplier as 5, and rat as 6. I'll see if I can find it later.
