Legal Advice Regarding The Sale of Nootropics
Original post in this thread

Hello everyone!
I am interested in including a nootropic (either piracetam or aniracetam) in a powder designed to improve mental acuity.
I am aware the that all nootropics are legal in the United States, however sale of them as dietary supplements is not.
How can I get around this regulation so I can include a nootropic as one of my main ingredients?
Thanks and have a great day!

look at it this way, banks have nothing to gain or lose, the object being bought is none of their business, but when pressured from the gov't (FDA) or other industry (like pharma) leaders tell the bankers, "hey, we don't like it, cut it off" then the banks change the policy. ie political. Recall Visa and paypal cutting off donations to wikileaks.
I've lurked a little in /r/kratomkorner and followed the banning issue in some states and counties. It's definitely on the radar.

Have there been any cases where the FDA went after kratom vendors, though? I thought it was all state laws that were happening?
