Legal Advice Regarding The Sale of Nootropics

Hello everyone!
I am interested in including a nootropic (either piracetam or aniracetam) in a powder designed to improve mental acuity.
I am aware the that all nootropics are legal in the United States, however sale of them as dietary supplements is not.
How can I get around this regulation so I can include a nootropic as one of my main ingredients?
Thanks and have a great day!

They are betting on the fact that they will sell enough before the FDA comes down on them. I've spoken to a few lawyers about it now, and it is a grey area. To the letter of the law, they are not allowed to sell racetams in a dietary supplement. However, it all depends on if the FDA is going to enforce to the letter of the law.
