Unfortunately, as you said, those conversations were in the background and unknown to me. I'm sure you could imagine the frustration of trying to share an interesting vendor claim only to be met with derision and what seems like a lot of assumptions.

Yes, I completely understand the frustrations. I wish TLR would have handled their launch and business better. Then these things could have been openly discussed, rather than relegated to private messages to multiple people.
