They call it noopepteine" and claim it is "optimized" for its nootropic benefits

EDIT: This information is made available to promote research into potential novel compounds and to expand the communities' knowledge of said compounds via communication with relatively unknown vendors. It is in no way a suggestion that anyone should purchase or ingestigate this substance without more studies into its safety and efficacy.
What they were answering

I am suggesting that while I myself have understandably not yet received a response to my request, not one other comment on this thread has even inferred that the poster may have tried to find any information on the substance or the vendor. Maybe I'm wrong, but it does sound like judgement of the book by its' cover.

You have not seen the conversations that many Redditors and moderators have had with this vendor in the background. Everyone has been asking for the structures and test results from the beginning. The vendor states that they will not release it, because they do not want competitors to steal their "intellectual property." So they are perfectly fine keeping their customers in the dark about the substances they are taking, for some false sense of security from competition.
Nobody is judging this book by its cover. They are judging it by the author's unwillingness to let people read it.
