Is there a definitive list of what can be taken daily, long-term, and what shouldn't be?

I'm finding dribs and drabs about the place, but it would be really good to have just a straight-up list of:
"this is fine to be part of your everyday stack" (e.g. choline)
"this should be cycled because you'll build up a tolerance" (e.g. caffeine)
and
"this should only be used short-term because the long-term effects could be bad" (e.g. levadopa)

not sure whether down-regulating fits into the 2nd or 3rd category, and obviously some people don't tolerate having choline every day, but it's still basically generally fine.

Has someone already made a list like that? If not, could we put one together?

What's s good way of telling its time to stop and for how long?

Well I would say when you notice the good effects turning to adverse side effects, that would be a good time. Other than that, just do the standard 4 week cycle of it.
