Is there a definitive list of what can be taken daily, long-term, and what shouldn't be?

I'm finding dribs and drabs about the place, but it would be really good to have just a straight-up list of:
"this is fine to be part of your everyday stack" (e.g. choline)
"this should be cycled because you'll build up a tolerance" (e.g. caffeine)
and
"this should only be used short-term because the long-term effects could be bad" (e.g. levadopa)
not sure whether down-regulating fits into the 2nd or 3rd category, and obviously some people don't tolerate having choline every day, but it's still basically generally fine.
Has someone already made a list like that? If not, could we put one together?

I'm wondering about if nsi 189 needs to be cycled?

I would say yes. After a month of using it, I got hyper-emotional. It worked pretty well up until that point, though. So I do not think NSI-189 is a supplement that should be taken every day indefinitely.
