Is there a definitive list of what can be taken daily, long-term, and what shouldn't be?

I'm finding dribs and drabs about the place, but it would be really good to have just a straight-up list of:
"this is fine to be part of your everyday stack" (e.g. choline)
"this should be cycled because you'll build up a tolerance" (e.g. caffeine)
and
"this should only be used short-term because the long-term effects could be bad" (e.g. levadopa)
not sure whether down-regulating fits into the 2nd or 3rd category, and obviously some people don't tolerate having choline every day, but it's still basically generally fine.
Has someone already made a list like that? If not, could we put one together?

I've seen sources (albeit, questionable ones) state that Semax has little to no propensity to build tolerance or negative side effects with extended use. Any idea of the validity of this claim?

I've been using it every day for at least 3 months. I have only recently noticed slight waning of effects. That is when I started to add forskolin in for the TrkB up-regulation. Since then, the effects seem to be back to normal. So I think long term use of SEMAX causes elevated BDNF levels, consequently down-regulating your TrkB receptors. Stacking in forskolin seems to help mitigate that effect.
