Is there a place where people rate the effects of these various compounds ? (as a metric not just opinions)

I am new here and my big problem is I look up something like Sunifiram.. And I read a post about it works.. then I read 2 about it does not working and it goes back and forth... Then I looked up the other thing I ordered called Plenethylamine and it is the same..

Is there some sort of resource for new people that says for example is you are new to this and you want the XYZ effect then you should try ABC because over time this has been rated the most effective.

Know what I am saying ? How do I find the most proven compounds without trying them all myself
