How do I take Noopept sublingually?

I've looked online and I have not found any real guides to doing this. I know I have to place it under the tongue and swish, but for how long for each. Also should I swallow? Thanks for helping!

Haha, no. Put some under your tongue and see how well it solvates. A pre-made solution with PG gets the noopept to more surface area of the mucous membranes quicker.
