How do I take Noopept sublingually?

I've looked online and I have not found any real guides to doing this. I know I have to place it under the tongue and swish, but for how long for each. Also should I swallow? Thanks for helping!

does it make much of a difference? i assume in a solution it would just absorb quicker (if anything)

Yeah, it makes it absorb quicker. However, using our solution increases the surface area it has to come into contact with your mucous membranes, and makes it easier to swish around and hit more of them.
