Rhodiola Rosea and Estradiol?

I'm thinking about adding Rhodiola Rosea to my daily stack (Which currently consists of L-Theanine, Caffeine, and Magnesium) however, I'm a transwoman on HRT and have to take 6mg of Estradiol daily.
I've read conflicting things about how Rhodiola Rosea interacts with Estrogen, some saying it increases it and some saying it inhibits it. Does anyone have an idea if it would be fine for me to take it and it not interfere with my HRT?

My girlfriend asked if she could take rhodiola and the oral contraceptive pill (ethylestradiol and levonorgestrel) but I figured anything that affects CYP3A4 is probably going to mess with it so I said no.
Wouldn't the same sort of concern go for the effectiveness of HRT?

I am not very familiar with all the substances used in HRT. Are many of them CYP3A4 substrates? Salidroside does inhibit CYP3A4, so it could lead to higher plasma levels of drugs that are metabolized by it.
