Nuance: CDP Choline vs Alpha GPC

It's easy to find clinical comparisons between CDP and Alpha GPC, but those are hard to relate to.
I've tried both and I can't tell if I'm getting different effects or if they're pretty much the same. But here's the thing: I don't know what to look for. I figure that longer-term users who have experimented with both may have some insight on that. ???

One of my good friends runs a microbrewery. Amazing how much those guys are into it. Sometimes I wish I could drink, just to be able to appreciate what he's talking about.
Phosphatidyl was recommended to me by a vendor, but yeah, it doesn't seem to be an efficient choline source.
Re DMAE for 'burnout': You know that scattered feeling from too little sleep? I've found that DMAE diminishes that.Coffee and caffeine don't work well for me in that case. Often increase the out-of-touch feeling and end up making me more tired in the long run. Do you know anything that would be better?

Hmm, you sound like you have unique brain chemistry. From what you are telling me, it seems that you may have low ACh levels. Have you tried alpha-GPC and coluracetam? GPC is the best choline precursor, and coluracetam is a high affinity choline uptake enhancer.
