Noopept vs coluracetam vs Hydergine vs Citicoline long term benefits, or short term blunders?

Hello..
Nootropics completely astound me, I am sure they have done the same for many of you as well. I am concerned about exactly which compound I should buy in the coming spring, so I ask you guys the question, If you could buy either Noopept, Coluracetam, or Hydergine which one would you choose and why?
I am interested in increased brain mRNA synthesis(memories and what not) and I know about Coluracetam's choline uptake is obviously beneficial for cellular growth, but its unclear in my opinion if I should opt for Noopept for this effect or maybe even Hydergine(sounds extreme). I don't really care about motivation, but I do like having creativity in my equation, anyone care to give advice?

I'm gonna be the one who breaks that "avoid cholinergics" rule with Coluracetam.
The same thing was said about alpha-gpc/citicoline/centro/DMAE and Huperzine-A, but when I stacked Hup-A, Alpha-GPC, ALCAR, and pyritinol, I found it to be a fine stack, a fine stack indeed.

I'll probably be the one that breaks the "Don't take all these new racetams at the same time" rule! We'll confer notes.
