Hello everyone!
I just received a new order from ND. One of the products is NMN. I am wondering if anyone here knows if you have to take it everyday to get full benefits? Cause it's pretty expensive, at like 1$ per tablet, and I've got a 60 tablet bottle. I am 32 years old. I am unsure how I should approach this one. I want to take enough to get benefits but I want it to last as long as possible. So, do I have to take at least one tablet per day, or would taking one every 2-3 days be sufficient?

/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb Can you please tell us about the interaction between quercetin and MNM and how to dose them? (together or separate, if separate what's the best way?)
I am also wondering, it seems NMN is particularly good in combination with resveratrol, and the more I read about it, the more I am thinking if I am going to use NMN, I should get resveratrol to take along with it as it would seem almost like a waste to take it without it.
Is resveratrol something that will be available on ND in the near future?
If not, do you know a good source?
Thanks in advance!

Quercetin is a CD38 inhibitor, which increases NAD+. NMN provides more NAD+ precursor. I take NMN in the morning and quercetin midday. That's more to prevent excess stimulation with my morning coffee, since quercetin activates AMPK.

Eventually, yes.
