White Jelly Mushroom

So I've noticed very positive and relatively potent effects from the white jelly mushroom extract. I was wondering if it may be possible to elucidate on the properties of this that allow me to have heightened focus and stress tolerance like no other supplement, without the euphoria or a sudden change in emotional state. I have only been able to ever recreate these with creatine (And I have used a plethora of noots over the years)
Is there any other supplements/ noots that may provide a similar result in the way I described?
Thanks for any help you could on this

It's really cool, right?!? Total sleeper supplement. I took it daily for a long time for collagen and skin health. However, I also noticed focus/mood effects. You really notice it when you stop. You don't realize how much it was benefiting you mentally.
White jelly mushroom (Tremella fuciformis) actually activates SIRT1, or Sirtuin 1, which is a member of the sirtuin family of enzymes. This is in part how it can improve skin/joint health. However, it doesn't only do that. It also increases insulin sensitivity and starts autophagy, which is good for people intermittent fasting. SIRT1 also inhibits NF-κB-regulated gene expression, which reduces inflammation. SIRT1 also activates T helper 17 cells, which play an important role in maintaining mucosal barriers that fight pathogens and prevent them from entering the body. Do you know what other compounds affect SIRT1? Methylene blue and resveratrol. Another interesting effect that I had not even thought about till I started taking white jelly is that SIRT1 also regulates cognitive performance and neuroplasticity!

In fact, white jelly mushroom showed improvement in subjective cognitive impairment!

Also, white jelly mushroom lowers MMP-1 levels, which is how it positively affects collagen. However, some MMP enzymes are implicated in cognition, too.

I actually just found a study that shows Tremella fuciformis lowers MMP-9, too!!! MMP-9 can be induced by amyloid beta, and is part of the neurotoxic effects of Alzheimer's.
So it appears we are not giving enough credit to the cognitive effects of white jelly mushroom. It's much more than just a supplement for skin!
