ND now has hesperidin, a flavonoid that shows promise as a covid prophylaxis

(just to be clear, ND hasn't made any of these covid claims and I'm not suggesting they're making them).
For those looking to build an anti-covid stack, hesperidin is one of the few substances with some research behind it showing its efficacy. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7274964/
It's a substance I've had my eye for a while (mostly because of its action on blood vessels and nitric oxide), so I'm pretty excited to now have a trusted source for it.

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb any idea how this compares to trans-reservatrol in terms of Sirtuin/AMPK activation?
Also, is it absorbed well orally in a fasted state?

Fantastic, actually. Much better than trans-resveratrol. Hesperidin was one that surprised me with its AMPK effects. I lose fat while on it really easily, and multiple women at our office take it daily and swear by it now. So that's pretty cool. I can't really talk about the other stuff this post is about for legal reasons, though.
