I just saw the commerical for Cebria. It sounds pretty interesting. However at closer glance, its ingredients seem nothing out of the ordinary. What is your thoughts on Cebria?

Information from their website:

* What is Cebria? Cebria is a natural memory improvement supplement that’s said to help improve short term memory and increase ability to retain information. This patented blend of neuropeptides is aimed at rebuilding the “connections between brain cells, stimulating your brain’s natural ability to repair and grow.”

* What are the Cebria ingredients? According to its website, Cebria contains a proprietary blend of nootropics to improve memory loss, including lactose, glutamic acid, lysine, leucine, arginine, asparatic acid, serine, phenylalanine, valine, threonine, tyrosine, isoleucine, histidine, methionine, and tryptophan.

Noopept is a peptide that's got some (albeit poor) bio-availability via the oral ROA, no?

I think the both our efforts to understand what it is exactly that N-PEP-12 is getting us no where, mostly because the keys to the safe are locked by the parent company, EBEWE Pharma in Austria, who also hold the patent for the related Cerebrolysin.

The whole reason for my enthusiasm with this N-PEP-12 compound was based on several anecdotes from users on longecity. One of them had been on Cerebrolysin regiments several times and knew the effects quite well. He claimed that he was able to reproduce the effects he sought from Cerebrolysin at the optimal dose by using somewhere between 2 and 3 Cebria pills daily. Seemed like an experiment worth trying, since Cebria offered the "free trial" starter park. Plus: no needles.

Verdict is still out for me. Sure wish I could procure the N-PEP-12 compound in isolation and play with the doses there.

I wish they would just tell us what it's in it. Then we could do some more objective research on it. The anecdotes sound good, but I want to see things for myself.

Anyone experimented with THT's CNTF fragment 147-150?

No!!!! You can't just say, "Ohh, the active sequence in P21 is DGGL, so let's just sell powdered DGGL!" Pharmacodynamics do not work like that! That would be like saying, "Ohh dopamine is good. Let's sell powdered dopami

I spent 3 days dosing 50ml total of P21 solution through a nasal spray. Sunday, monday, and Tuesday.

Replying to Aket-ten · I'm still a bit confused on the actual benefits of P21, would you say it improves memory?

It promotes neurotransmitter synthesis and neurite outgrowth. So basically it can help repair damage in the brain, and enhance transmission between neurons. It acts on CNTF, whereas things like Noopept act on BDNF. P21,
