That's interesting. However, how can they say that D-cycloserine possess anticonvulsant effects when it is lowering kynurenic acid, which is an NMDA/AMPA receptor antagonist? Lowering the levels of an endogenous anticonvulsant would lead to higher likelihood that it would happen.
