I will try to find the data sheet they sent with the tianeptine but I think they use Trust & We.
However, we just link to other sites making the claims, so we are in the clear.
Have you gotten legal advice to that effect? Seems like this is a very similar tactic to the one used by Pfizer for gabapentin and that didn't turn out so well as you may know.

We are not using T&W for anything so far. Do you have a link where I can read a little more about the bad tianeptine they supplied?
We have not had formal legal advice about it, just some offline discussions with a lawyer friend. The FDA is much more likely to go after a company like Pfizer than a small one like ours. Also, Pfizer was fined because they were marketing gabapentin for non-approved uses. They were saying it was effective for pain, migraines and bipolar disorder. However, there is no current research or approval as to it's effectiveness with those disorders. Therefore, they were committing fraud. We will not be marketing our products to treat any disorders, so we are not in the same boat as Pfizer.
Also, the FDA fine stated that some of Pfizer's claims could actually lead to toxicity at the dosages they were suggesting. That's a big no no for a huge pharmaceutical company like them.
