250mg gives me significant depressive symptoms lasting ~2 days.

Its a pity, it looks so good when I read through that list. I'd occasionally read something like this, get excited, and decide to try it again. Now I have a lable that just says 'No' on the bottle.

I get the same reaction to most choline precursors. It doesn't seem to happen with alpha GPC, though.
