How much choline/coluracetam do you take? I'd love to try the combo.

Nuance: CDP Choline vs Alpha GPC

Replying to Maxwell_V · PS: I thought of a good analogy. Many people walk into a museum with modern art, and it's all just random-looking squares and bizarre shapes. But someone with a practiced eye can e

Well that is going to take time. We can read all the studies we want. However, knowing how those mechanisms feel is totally different. A better analogy is wine. Most people taste a wine and do not notice the subtle nuan

Noopept vs coluracetam vs Hydergine vs Citicoline long term benefits, or short term blunders?

Replying to Reese_Witherspork · I'm gonna be the one who breaks that "avoid cholinergics" rule with Coluracetam. The same thing was said about alpha-gpc/citicoline/centro/DMAE and Huperzine-A, but when I stacked

I'll probably be the one that breaks the "Don't take all these new racetams at the same time" rule! We'll confer notes.

Coluracetam Causing Depression?

Replying to Pliableferret · My reaction to coluracetam was initially [beneficial](http://www.reddit.com/r/StackAdvice/comments/1ummij/supplements_for_competitiveness/cejnmnn) and beyond what I would consider

Those are pretty low dosages. I use 20mg of coluracetam usually. CDP-choline seems to be the worst for me so far. It gives me depressive symptoms like clockwork. Low doses of alpha-GPC seem to be ok.

Coluracetam discussion: sublingual vs oral?

Replying to ikkaiteku · I apologize as I'm sure you're getting asked this everywhere, but when do you guys plan on getting more in? Also, are you still using it in combination with Alpha-GPC?

I hope very soon. We are using a different supplier now that is trusted. So we should not run into the supply issues we've been having. I've used it with Alpha-GPC, but it is not necessary. I need to be careful on my do
