I get depressive symptoms on choline alone. I thinks it's caused by an imbalance of extracellular choline to intracellular ACh. This is why I find coluracetam to alleviate those symptoms, being a choline uptake enhancer.

No, they do not. They increase the transmission and usage of ACh. However, coluracetam is unique in its ability to enhance uptake of choline into neurons. The stimulating properties are more to do with enhanced glutamate

Yeah, coluracetam seems to improve some people's mood, but dampen others. You might give it one last shot with some Alpha GPC, since it is a strong ACh uptake enhancer.

Those are pretty low dosages. I use 20mg of coluracetam usually. CDP-choline seems to be the worst for me so far. It gives me depressive symptoms like clockwork. Low doses of alpha-GPC seem to be ok.
