I used it for months sublingual in doses of 10-30mg dosed once or in rare cases twice daily. All my oral doses have been 30mg. I will experiment further :)

30mg sublingually was way too much for me. 10 seems to be just right. I think the dosage needs to be lowered over time as well.

I respond much better to lower doses when taking sublingual 10-15mg. Buccal works too, because it bypasses the stomach and first pass metabolism.

Hold it under your tongue or against your gums for 5 minutes or so. I notice the effects within 15 minutes.

Not that I can tell. I use a solution of noopept. I let it sit under my tongue, and swish it around my gums. More surface area equals faster absorption.
