Interesting. I hear a lot of people say that about the afterglow with LSD. I feel the same way about MDMA. The afterglow is just as rewarding as the roll itself.

I felt a little afterglow from the 4-ACO-DMT. I was a little tired, but definitely happy the day after. I took 20mg, then smoked a bunch of weed once it hit. The weed definitely kicked the trip into high gear. I had times when my mind would start to wander to confusion, but I would snap myself out of it pretty quickly. I read that 4-ACO-DMT is pretty euphoric compared to shrooms. My buddy I was tripping with has tried shrooms and LSD multiple times, and he described it as very similar to shrooms, but without all the introspective confusion.

I've done salvia many times before, and definitely broke through on a couple occasions. However, my salvia trips were always happy and fun. Many people describe them as difficult but rewarding. I never felt it was rewarding, just interesting and enjoyable.

I'll take a look at those books. It's always fun to read about others' perspectives!

MDMA Neurotoxicity Part 1 (Metabolites)

This is probably going to be the first in a series of discussions I start about MDMA. There's just too much information for one post. Therefore, I am going to start with one that is very interesting to me: MDMA's metabol
