I read somewhere that nicotine is an acetylcholine agonist. I didn't feel good when I tried sunifiram and smoked cigarettes. Does acetylcholine agonist mean that it shouldn't be used with sunifiram?

Ok, I must say that I'm ignorant in the field. I have been reading that the major source of glutamate is glutamine in the brain. That glutamine converts to glutamate and so on...

It's a non-essenital amino acid, and very abundant. Taking L-glutamine should not lead to huge spikes in glutamate. However, perhaps there is an interaction I am unaware of.
