Sunifiram and nicotine

I read somewhere that nicotine is an acetylcholine agonist. I didn't feel good when I tried sunifiram and smoked cigarettes. Does acetylcholine agonist mean that it shouldn't be used with sunifiram?

Sunifiram seems to potentiate ACh agonists, and other stimulants. So be careful mixing them. Someone on Longecity already went to the hospital because he mixed high doses of caffeine with high doses of sunifiram.
Sunifiram is an AMPA positive allosteric modulator. This will increase the transmission of glutamate through the NMDA channels, and can cause over-stimulation when taken with stimulants that also increase glutamate.
